Our kitchen offers a wonderful range of culinary highlights – typical Black Forest specialities as well as international delicacies. Emotional enjoyment is important to our chefs. Regional provenance and seasonal freshness are aspects with which the chefs recreate the “forgotten aromas” of yesteryear and spoil our restaurant guests’ taste buds.
